Information we collect

We collect information necessary to authenticate customers, fulfil orders, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal/business obligations. This can include name, verified phone number, delivery addresses, order history, customer support messages and limited technical/session data needed for security and shopping functionality.

Payments

Payments are processed by Razorpay. 11evenwhite does not store raw card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or online-banking credentials. We retain payment references and statuses needed to reconcile orders, handle exceptional refunds and support customers.

Shopping activity

We may retain aggregate product views, cart additions, checkout starts and purchases to operate features such as “in carts”, popularity and basic business analytics. Viewer and cart-interest signals are designed not to expose customer identities and stale activity expires.

How we use information

We use data for authentication, checkout, delivery, order tracking, payment reconciliation, customer support, fraud/abuse prevention, store operations and legally required records.

Sharing

Information may be shared with processors and service providers required to operate the store, such as Supabase, Razorpay, Vercel, SMS/OTP infrastructure and shipping/logistics providers when configured. We do not state that data is sold.
