Store and products

11evenwhite offers 925 sterling silver jewellery/articles. Product descriptions, dimensions, weights, hallmark details and imagery are provided to help you evaluate a piece. Hallmark claims apply only where explicitly stated on the specific product.

Availability

Adding a product to cart does not reserve inventory. A temporary reservation is attempted only when payment is started. If another customer has reserved or purchased a piece first, checkout may be blocked even if the item was previously visible in your cart.

Pricing

Prices and campaign discounts are calculated by the server at checkout. A frontend display, cached page or manipulated browser value does not override the final server-calculated payable amount.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed only after valid payment confirmation and successful inventory finalisation. Razorpay processes payment credentials; 11evenwhite stores only payment references and status metadata needed for order operations.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

The current policy does not provide a general customer-requested right to return products or obtain refunds. Exceptional refunds may be approved for situations such as duplicate payment, captured payment where the order cannot be fulfilled, erroneous transaction or another admin-approved resolution.
